At the age of 14, Canadian bassist Alain Caron discovered the music which would become his life's passion - Jazz.
Opportunity knocked in the early 80's when he joined the fusion super group UZEB. Between 1981 and 1990 UZEB recorded ten albums, sold nearly half a million copies, and performed live in more than 20 countries.
After his studies at Berklee College of Music, Caron took off on his solo career when he produced "Le Band", the first of his 7 solo albums. Throughout this time he also toured worldwide with friends Mike Stern, Billy Cobham, Frank Gambale, Bireli Lagrene, Didier Lockwood, Tiger Okoshi, Alex Acuna, Don Alias, and Gino Vanelli.

In 2009, a college in Alain's native Riviere-du-Loup announced that it would be building a 3.7 million dollar music pavilion and naming it "Ecole de musique Alain-Caron".
To this day, Alain Caron has released more than 20 records as a solo artist and with UZEB and has collaborated on 25 other recordings with various artists. Born in San Francisco, bassist Bobby Vega has significantly contributed to the city’s rich musical heritage, and his resumé reads like a who’s who of Bay Area rock, soul, funk, and world music. He’s a master of pickstyle funk, a tone connoisseur, a professor of the groove, and one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet.
Bobby began his professional career at age 15 with Bo Diddley, but he attained widespread attention as a 16-year-old for his distinctive picked and muted bass line on Sly Stone’s “I Get High On You”. Since then, he has contributed his soulful feel and incredibly dynamic playing to a long list of world-class artists, including; Booker T, Santana, Tower of Power, Etta James, and Jefferson Starship to name a few.
Bobby’s reputation as a creative force has also taken him into many other musical arenas including composing, producing, and teaching.
Four decades and nearly 5,000 gigs after he first began playing bass, Bobby Vega continues to develop his complex and heady blend of rhythm & blues, rock, funk, technique, and tone, “laying it down” with incredible feeling and groove.

Karel was trained in both classical and contemporary piano in his youth, classical and electric guitar as a college student at the University Of The Philippines, and lastly, a scholar and performance major specializing on electric bass at the prestigious Berklee College Of Music in Boston Massachusetts.
Karel Honasan is a staple in the Philippine music industry, mainly for his work as Musical Director for prominent artists such as X-Factor Philippines Grand Champion, KZ Tandingan, Philippine R&B Royalty, Kyla, and rising star, Ylona Garcia. As Producer, Arranger, and Recording Artist for notable international luminaries like Brian McKnight, Bob Minzter, Gary Valenciano, among numerous others. As a touring and first call session bass player for high-profile Filipino acts like Regine Velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, and Yeng Constantino, to name a few. Definitively, Karel also leads his own band, YOSHA, when he isn't juggling his other hats.
